In the last few months a few messages were posted in the R13SYSOP echo for 
Fido feed's via I-Net..  I think there were a few as low as $2.00 per month 
(I guess for raw (full) feed)..
I dont know if your in region 13, but if not, maybe you can add your regions  
sysop echo's and ask there??
www.paonline.com is the only one I can think of off the top of my head, but I 
think they get $20.00 for raw feed..
