i just got Tales Of The Empire.  all i can say is, i like these "Tales"
books.  the authors that suck dont screw with the "real" storylines,
they just make up their own stories and characters.  plus, sometimes you
get a little gem of a short story.  i think they should keep up the
Tales compilations.
