Jill has had a meeting with her solicitor.  He has communicated with her
insurance company.

She is to claim the full (insured for) value of the bike which they will
pay minus the excess.  She is then to sue the horse trainer for the
insurance excess, new helmet, damaged clothing and the "standard
prices" for pain, suffering and inconvenience.
