  No, I just have an account, but it allows me to create anonymous ftp 
directories.  By the way, I've already started getting files and will move 
them into the /telemate/util directory.  So the full info for getting to them 
will be:
ftp europa.com
cd /outgoing/telemate   for the telemate files
cd /outgoing/telemate/util   for 3rd party files
