      Title: Strawberry Cheesecake Squares
 Categories: Desserts
      Yield: 16 servings
 
     24    Graham cracker made into
           Crumbs
    1/2 c  Diet margerine melted
      1 pk Vanilla ww pudding
    3/4 c  Light cream cheese
    2/3 c  Instant nonfat dry milk
           Powder
    1/4 c  Sugar
      1 tb Sugar
      1 ts Vanilla
      2 c  Drained crushed pineapple
           Reserve juice
      2 tb Cornstarch
      1 pk Diet strawberry jello
      1 md Banana sliced
      2 c  Strawberries sliced
  1 1/2 c  Diet whipped topping
 
  Preheat oven to 350.  In 13x9 baking pan combine crumbs and margerine.
  Press into bottom and up sides.  Bake 10 minutes. Cool. In bowl with
  electric mixer on medium beat pudding mix, cheese, and dry milk,
  sugar, and vanilla and 1 1/2 cups water until blended. Pour over
  crust. In saucepan combine pineapple reserve juice and cornstarch.
  Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened about 2
  minutes. Stir in gelatin mix and banana.  Remove from heat and cool
  slightly.  Spread evenly over cheese layer.  Arrange berries over
  top.  Refrigerate 1 hour. Pipe whipped topping on cake. 3/4 fat, 1/2
  bread, 1/2 fruit, 75 optional calories
