Ecuador.   There are five volcanoes visible from the runway at 
Mariscal Sucre, and each of the 20 or so volcanoes in country (47 
named peaks, I believe) has its own personality, attitudes, and 
moods....  They've known this for several thousand years, it's just 
the way things are there.

If they don't have the accent they're probably DEA or FBI... that's 
what we get in West Texas and northern Mexico.  Everyone knows the 
drug cops because they have short hair and socks.
