i know that fastecho reports that exported messages may be dupes if they've
been edited and sent again but i don't recall if HPT does that... it
certainly has the ability to catch dupes inbound from other systems,
though...

the real question is if you have define dupe stuff for your echos in each
line for each area that you carry...

eg:
