It might be off-topic, but since you don't seem to have netmail...
I'm using the Dutch version of Windows'95, but I 'think' I can
help you with this:
Goto:
My Computer -> External connection
Select your external connection, view 'properties'.
Click on server-type.
Now disable the IPX/SPX protocol in the bottom of the screen
(NetBEUI can also be disabled at your own choice).
Click OK, and the unwanted disconnections should be 'history'.
