First there's the above.  I clicked on a file in the upload only area and it
appended it to the path instead of doing anything appropriate, like telling
me I couldn't download it.

Then the above when I tried to upload a file.  Should I try as a user
instead of anonymous?  Could it be because I don't have a fully qualified
anonymous password?
