Usually this indicates a bug in Internet Rex. Send in a bug report,
including a copy of your log file and your *.REX files.

From my experience, this problem is often a corrupted exe or *.rex file.
Run rexcfgw (or rexcfg) and open then close each item on the list (This
rewrites the rex and dat files). Copy a new version of the exe into place -
with luck that will be the end of the problem!
