LB>>>

RY>>>>>> No the above was reference to the digital
trnsmitter at the
RY>>>>>> shop.. the 8 track sorta wedged it's way in..

 LB>>>>> S'okay, I do wedge things in when I have a chance
to myself at
 LB>>>>> times.

LB>>>>> Hey, can you make a dupe of that transmitter for the looney
 LB>>>>> bin?

RY>>>> The only Dupe is the manager that bought it. It arrived sans
RY>>>> "accessories" like the rest of the equipment
that's necessary
RY>>>> to make it work.. That'll be an extra hunnert grand..

LB>>> Nice to not have to worry about a silly ol' hunnert grand I
 LB>>> bet...hope he's as generous with the bonuses. :)

 RY>>>> Duped and traduced..

 LB>>> And caboosed...

 RY>> BONUS? What's that ? i that like a raise? we've heard of those,
RY>> but have not seen one in the wild.. only rumours.

LB> It's like something for them to show their appreciation. (Like not
 LB> firing you)

" We cannot be fired! Slaves have to be /sold/!" {heard in Master Control
this morning}

RY>> As for the accessories. we don't have those yet.. we're claiming
RY>> we're on the air, but it's a semi-fib... You ghave to stand right
RY>> next to the transmitter to see anything out of it..

LB> But you can fix that right?
 LB> [handing Ray a hammer]

We never resort to hammers. Our specialty is very small screwdrivers. In most
electonic equipment there are small adjustable capacitors and "pots" that,
after being carefully tuned, are then seald with nail polish. % minutes with a
screwdriver, and the Engineer has work a'plenty for months...

Barring that, we remove all the in-line fuses, and take them home..
