Yes, it appears to be the full game, but it does have a sticker on one
end that says "does not include free tech support".  It is in a complete
retail, unopened box, still shrink-wrapped.  The original price sticker
is still on the box and it said around $25.
I'm going to the store tomorrow and will pick it up.
Please let me know immediately if you do not want it so I can return it.
You did not say where you are so I cannot find out the exact cost of
shipping.  If you are in the US, I can send it for $3 Priority Mail or
I can probably get away with $2.40 book rate if you are not too far
away ... The game is $4.95 plus $0.30 tax = $5.25.
