Hey mark!

Still not seeing the originals but am getting your replies to them.  Also
seeing the originals getting through to a couple omline BBSes.

Anyhow the change I made is in the pkt_header, both type 2 and and
so-called 2+.  I never bothered with 2.2 since it doesn't contain a
datetime stamp and there is at least one node I deal with that cannot
decipher type 2.2 pkt_header.

Someone in in-the-know needs to check this out and document it.  :::evil grin:::
