Hi Larry,
Lots of users wanted to get to files quickly, and wanted the directories
sorted to the top of the list.  We append a '\' now so you can get to
the directories easily.

There were some problems with the backbone for a while, and more
recently it seems that some of the mail hasn't been flowing correctly.
However, things do seem to have gotten better in the past couple of
weeks.
