MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02
 
      Title: Raisin Spice Cake
 Categories: Desserts
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    1/2 c  Raisins
      2 tb Diet margerine
      2 ts Diet margerine
      2 tb Sugar
    1/8 ts Each ground cloves, allspice
           And salt
      1 lg Egg lightly beaten
    1/2 c  Flour
    1/2 ts Each cinnamon, nutmeg,
           Baking soda, and baking
           Powder
 
  Preheat oven to 350.  Spray square baking dish with cooking spray. In
  saucepan combine raisins, margerine, sugar and 1/2 c water and bring
  to a boil.  Remove from heat and set cool.  Stir in beaten egg. In
  bowl stir together remaining ingredients and add raisin mixture. Pour
  into dish and bake approx 15 minutes 1 fat, 1/4 protien, 1/2 bread, 1
  fruit, 45 optional calories
