Aha! found it. In Editor options, specify GoldEd as Editor Type, Win32, and
the path to GED folder (or a dummy GED folder). Create a Golded.Exe that
calls whatever batch file or program you need, with complete path, and
place it in the GED path defined above. Holler if you need a calling
program (Golded.Exe) and let me know the command line you need and I can
create you one. :)

Works great here under a WinXP VM :)
