Ok, w/ IE7 and XP x64 SP1, I get (using either -XU or /XU):

The item could not be transfered.  Make sure you have permission to store
files here and that the file name is valid.

Using Ace, I get:

PORT 192,168,0,10,18,182
200 PORT command successful
STOR /Fansubbed_Videos/Uploads/pikachu.doc
532 
Unable to open data socket
Failed [Unable to open data socket]



Ideas?  I made sure that the account has upload and list access, but not
download access.
