I recommend against doing a google search for "nice load". The
results have nothing to do with the Linux scheduler! 

I'm not familiar the the KDE System Guard. I just brought it up and my
"Nice Load" shows 0. If yours is showing something, it probably
means some process is running at a higher than normal priority.
