  Not going to bother quoting. ;)  What I do is use dosbox to run D'Bridge
that way I don't need a whole big setup for it.  I configured BinkD manually
and run it outside of dosbox on the host OS (Either Linux or Windows10
depending on my mood) and just fire up dosbox for mail.
 
  I know it's not what you were after but it's quite simple to do.
