No. Dr. Pets was a large retail store chain. Dr. D's is owned by a man
from Lansing, MI, and they just produce bird foods.

Not affiliated, I don't think. Mike Underwood is the fellow who started
Dr. D's foods. He and someone from the Michigan State Univ. staff
created this diet. They only sell publicly at bird shows and fairs, or
thru his 1-800#, probably because it costs too much extra to pay
distributors to handle it. I've tried his stuff--my birds won't touch
it.
