Title: French Country Potatoes

2 ts Diet margerine
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Sliced mushrooms
10 oz Thinly sliced pared
Potatoes
1/8 ts Each rosemary and pepper
1 pk Instant chicken broth mix
3/4 oz Gruyere or swiss cheese
Shredded
Preheat oven to 425. Spray 1 qt casserole dish with cooking spray.
In non stick skillet melt margerine. Add onion and mushrooms and
cook until translucent. Stir in potatoes and spices. Transfer to
casserole. In 1 cup measure stir together broth mix and 1/3 cup water
and pour over potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake uncovered until
potatoes are fork tender 30 to 35 minutes 1/2 fat 1/2 protein 1/2
vegetables 1 bread 5 optional calories
