  As was promised in tonights Rotunda here is a list of changes
and features that will be released.
    - A new Ensemble release (using the 2.1 engine) called New
      Deal Office.
   1. NewManager can wrap the file names on two lines below the
      icons. This can be toggled on or off via a key in the
      GEOS.INI file. Also, linked directories show up in blue on
      color monitors (also configurable via the INI file).
   2. The bug that prevented CTRL+A, CTRL+B, etc. from displaying
      drive A:, drive B:, etc. in GeoManager is fixed.
   3. The spline library has fixes for certain math errors. Most
      notably, rotated and grouped splines work better.
   4. Circles (ellipses) in the draw layer are now centered on
      the pixel grid. (In 2.01 they were off to the left by at
      least one pixel).
   5. Circles or ellipses are no longer flat on the bottom (or
      at least not "as flat"), especially bitmap circles.
   6. Dates in NewFile or NewCalc now show up in the chosen num-
      ber format when doing mail merges in NewWrite. (In 2.01
      you always got the date serial number in a merge.)
   7. Text File Editor in New Office handles extended characters
      better than it did in 2.01.
   8. Book Reader will be added to New Office.
   9. KR-01 (divide by zero) error fixed in graphical setup on
      fast computers.
  10. KR-29 (no valid fonts) error fixed for DOS 7 or Win95 ma-
      chines.
   11. NewFile Mark Records works with custom delimiters set in
       Preferences, International.
  13. German extended keyboard driver fixed.
    - RETAIL packaging for the new version with Printed manuals,
      4-colored packaging available for both diskettes and CD-ROM.
    - Retail packaging for the new version of NewPublish (If you're
      interested in distributing please leave me a message).

  The pricing information will only be released in the month of
September. Though, there will be upgrade pricing. There will be
no need to purchase a whole new copy if you already own a copy
of Geoworks Ensemble.

  Sorry that I'm lagging a bit here but starting up this Internet
service is a time-killer. I signed the office lease yesterday and
ordered phone lines today. Next is to order hard drives and modems
and contract for the leased data line and my Internet feed. Then
I'll probably have to find a new desk, have it delivered, and put
it together... fun, Fun, FUN!
