Hello Thom.

     I have tried to send the Elist an update for an echo. When
I have tried via email the message is bounced back to me with
the response:

"The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Recipient: [SMTP:echolist{at}fidonet.us]
Reason: 571 5.0.0 REJECT - US WEST Internet Services 71.32.0.0-71.39.255.255"

The last update was via email with no problems and nothing has changed here
that I know of. When I tried to send the update via netmail to 1:1/21 using
the POTS number of 1-443-919-9251 from the nodelist all I get is a no answer.
I have tried several differant times during the day with the same no answer.
Is there a problem that I am not aware of?
