subject: CW cheating

I'm slowly getting back into CW after (15?) year break. What is the consensus
on using program to decode and encode CW? I know it is better to use a real
interface to key the rig than MCW (through signalink only). But is it
"bad" to
rely on programs until I can copy consistently at 15wpm? I know what the
purist will say already but in practical terms what is the best way to go
forward and still have fun?
