      Title: Ham And Potatoe Casseroles
 Categories: Casseroles
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 tb Vegetable oil
      1 ts Vegetable oil
      1 c  Diced mushrooms
    1/2    Dice onions
      1 lb Diced pared cooked potatoes
      5 oz Diced smoked ham
      3 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
 
  In 1 quart microwavable casserole, combine oil, mushrooms, and onion.
  Microwave on high 1 minute.  Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave
  covered on med-high 5 minutes. 1 fat, 2 1/4 protien, 3/4 c
  vegetables, 1 bread
