Sounds to me like ytour ISP has problems....echolist is an active user,
fidonet.us is an active domain. It's possibile that your IP address or
domain name is listed in the spam database that my ISP uses...and thus the
mail could be rejected.

A large number of updates are submitted with no problems to
echolist{at}fidonet.us, so I don't think the problem is here.

The nodelist entry for the Echolist Robot isn't correct....

From the Echolist History file

April 2006
Due to the decreasing number of submissions via netmail. the Echolist Robot
no longer accepts crashmail.

Perhaps someone used a real old version of the nodelist to generate the
current one....I notice that nodelist.349 is inaccurate.

Wish I could be more help....but both items are not something that I control.

I suppose you could send the update to the email address you used to reach
me, then I could forward it to the robot....the listing would get updated,
and while it would show you as moderator, it would show me as the updater.

Back in the day when the Anti-Thom, and Anti-Echolist folks were active,
that might of caused accusations of me tampering with the list, of
hijacking echoes, cavorting with the devil or having sex with animals...but
now that the dim-bulbs have better things to to, and I am not active in
their normal echo haunts, we can both take the chance....as long as you
don't mind being labeled as a puppet of the Echolist Mafia.

Oooops, I forget the obvious....you could try routed netmail....there are
actually people who do that....and then if it doesn't make it, we both
could ask "Why".

Have a good Christmas!
