True - but I discovered the way to install instant summer ... have 
a prize-giving !   Having to appear on stage as a governor for the 
local Intermediate (junior high ?) in a suit did the trick;  clear 
skies, 10 degree climb in temperature, fainting pupils, dried up 
throats - the complete bit...

Now we're back to heavy clouds, forecast rain and gales as I put 
the heavy gear away again.
