Hi All,

Can anyone help me in determining some specs on this:

    SM564088574N6AA

Apparently it's an SDRAM module.   I need to know its speed
(pc100/pc133/pc66) and the number of pins.

This is just info emailed to me, so I don't have access to the physical
module itself.
