G'morning David and Mark,

              Yes, types he guiltily...

The first term's finished with Easter, the last papers have been
marked and returned, I've elected 3 new Trustees to the local
primary school - and accepted election to the Intermediate, the
son has ceased term-work at Varsity for mid-term break, and the
lawns have cut.

And this morning, having delivered the workers to the City before
6, I drove to Remuera to inspect the sundial in the dark - and
there is no gnomon sitting upon it,

I may try today to find out which sub-sub-committee process it got
stuck in, or whether the Remuera guru, Dr Sprott, has passed his
data on - or passed away in mid-process....

PS - going to garden centres with the wife has established that
sundial on plinths are a popular embellishment for Kiwi gardens,
but that those on sale never have instruction leaflets on how to
best set them up; the mind reels at the probable outcomes...

Miles.
