I'm not real sure what your asking ?  I want to say, Yes
If a file with a tic, comes into your system.  Yes Adept
will process it into a defined File Base and if required,
Pass the File and a new Tic to your definded DownLink.
such as a Nodelist...
Do you have a ......  "File.Control" ?
There is also a small "Hatch" program.... If your starting
the file out new...

support programs....!?  If Adept had the kitchen sink.  It would
weigh, and size out at approx. 5-10 meg......)))
