My "spin" is only different because I get my information from the horse's
mouth, not the other end of the horse!

God's Word says NOTHING about death penalty for the Noachide Laws, in fact
there was no God-sanctioned death penalty until given to Israel, as part of
their Constitution/Criminal Code. . .

The first murder (Cain killing Abel) has God specifically exempting Cain from
any death for his crime!
