According to the Chicago Chief of Police Terry Hillard, citizens do not have
any rights to own guns of ANY KIND.=A0 His exact words were:=A0 "When
politicans and elected officials grasp the problem and make a commitment to
say it's not your right to have a gun, that's the only time we're going to
be able to cut the homicide rate down."

Please help send this ignorant, uninformed police chief a message that he
should remember the oath he took to protect the Constitution. Also let him
know that he is beholded to protect and serve the public, not make anti-gun
policy or advocate stripping citizens of their inalienable rights.
