/Huh!/ Bad CSI stuff! What'cha gon', what'cha gon, what'cha gonna do,
when Mike Powell and Roy J. Tellason come for you?

MP> Well, I think that is a lot of it. I don't miss an episode of the Las

could have

There's one problem: Reality.

Most CSIs have more than one case in process, some taking as little time as
a few weeks to years. Hell, why not go ask your local CSI team? You might
find I'm being optimistic.

A general, almost cardinal, rule for television shows is "Keep the viewer's
attention engaged." This is why the shows cram so much in, and leave
what's not completely essential out.

The one thing they have to get right is the science. The public is more
savvy than most would think, and I'm sure more than a few CSIs watch to
check the accuracy.
