I dont know about Nix, but no 64 bit windows OS will run 16 bit programs.  That
is why my windows 10 installation on the BBS is still 32 bit.

I still have a Tandy Colour Computer 3.  It still works.  Had it hooked up to
my 60 Plasma TV a few months ago
