A lie is a false assertion which the author knows, or has good
reason to believe, is not true.
Ray, you insist that you had a telecon with the California
Attorney's General's office which is at odds with published
reports.
As for myself, I can't prove that this alleged phone call did not
not place, nor can I prove that what you attribute to the Cal AG
was not said. So I am unable to assert that you are liar. That
would be to say, the story of the Cal AG's denial would be a flat
out lie.
However I can say that what you attribute to the Cal AG is
inconsistent with reputable reporting, and it appears to me me
that your allegation is itself a lie.
