Hallo Folks,
some days ago I met a guy who had a Dobro with pick-ups a way I never saw 
before.
He had a humbucker in the body where the neck ends and a barcus-berry (?) 
fixed on the Resonator. Each Pick-Up has his own Volume.
Played through a Marshall Acoustic Soloist it sounded great to me. Has anyone 
heard of such a construction before and how great is the danger of ruining at 
least the chrome? The second guitarist used the same construction in a 
National Duolian.
