Egyptians are *not* Arabs.  Egypt was conquered by arabs a millenium 
or more ago.  There's probably been considerable intermixing of the races
by now.  Arabs are native to only one specific geographic area.

On that subject, Turks are not Arabs, Iranians are not Arabs, Pakistanis are
not Arabs, Lebanese are not Arabs and Afghanis are not Arabs.  Libyans,
Moroccans and Algerians aren't Arabs either, although a lot of Arabs live in
those nations.
