In your opinion, and I think I might know your answer, if someone is
running a pretty straightforward 3.11 system with no more than 50 users
running one server, possible two in a year from now, are there any
significant or performance advantages upgrading to 4.xx?
I feel your answer would be to leave well enough alone, and you are
probably right. Part of me feels that I should try to get us as
current as possible.  Heck, I haven't even applied patches in over
two years because everything has 'worked'!
