Here is a `fact' for you:


An eye witness (an `eye witness' mind you)  stated that looking at a photo of
John Damyayuk, he was absolutely positive (POSITIVE!) that John Damyanyuk was
`Ivan the Terrible'!


Only it turned out that Ivan the Terrible was an entirely different person!

records, testimony, etc etc, is highly suspect to say the least.
