| subject: | RE: The Eleventh Hour (aka) Deja Vue |
It may very well be, but... It IS a totally EXACT copy of the British series called, you guessed it... The Eleventh Hour with the last captain of STTNG's Enterprise in the title role. The story lines are EXACTLY the same for the first 4 of this incarnation. Why ? BIG Suprise: because the British series only had 4 episodes ! Lazy, Lazy, Lazy and cheap. No salaries for new writers and a total unknown in the lead (who is to young to be believable in the role). Patrick Stewart and sidekick/protector were good in a show that emphasized thinking and good detective work over violence and waving handguns around which is the main and typical difference between US and Brit shows. BTW: The Brit shows were posted maybe a year ago ? About ? Sorry, I don't have the upload bandwidth and my ISP is spying (I think). Maybe someone else here can post if you ask nice (and maybe beg too?) the word "please" comes to mind but no "thank yous", and absolutely no presumptious tia's --- SBBSecho 2.12-Win32* Origin: Derby City Gateway (1:2320/0) SEEN-BY: 10/1 3 14/250 34/999 90/1 120/228 123/500 132/500 140/1 222/2 226/0 SEEN-BY: 236/150 249/303 250/306 261/20 38 100 1381 1404 1406 1418 266/1413 SEEN-BY: 280/1027 320/119 393/68 396/45 633/0 104 260 267 690/682 734 712/848 SEEN-BY: 800/432 801/161 189 2222/700 2320/100 105 109 200 2905/0 @PATH: 2320/0 100 261/38 633/260 267 |
