File distribution is not always black and white Thom, nor will it ever be.

I provide file feeds for my links, but I do not configure my file processor
to accept files from just anybody and for good reason. Any person hubbing
mail or files will set up this way to protect the integrity of the various
file areas.

Gee, I could setup to allow anyone to hatch files to me in the ELIST file
echo and we could have all sorts of:

A. Duplications

but moreso

B. Bogus elists

The elist FDN is your baby, one would hope you would insist on this type of
protection?

If you switched links, you should have arranged for the proper pathways of
distribution.
