You are not TOTALY free to do as you please even in a Personnal
Residence. And particualkrly when it Affects others in the Neighborhood
with things like Jamming the Street with Cars at times totasl locking
out the Neighbors form having guests.
Adn this whole incident was over Over filling a Cul de sac with parked
cars. IT was also a Public Safety Hazard in that it also complicated
Police or Fire Response.
