 USENET quoting style is to prefix each quoted line with '> ' while
the common BBS style adds two upper case initials like 'MP> '. The USENET
style handles deeply nested quotes better IMHO and this is fundamentally a
USENET group regardless that it is accessible via FIDONET or Google Groups.
