NOt really, I think the rain caused his owners to keep Pit
rottie mix inside. THink I mentioned, he wears a collar.
Haven't gotten close enough to ascertain what if any tags
are attached to it.

RN> You're gonna make that dog mad.
Yah probably, and that's when the piece of pipe with the
weight on one end comes into play, but I'd rather not.
Rather just drive him away with the pepper.
YEars ago when I delivered newspapers there was one dog on
one of my routes that was often allowed to be roaming free
late at night. Second time I encountered him I was ready
with pepper spray and white cane. PEpper spray got him in
the face, white cane whipped him, that hollow fiberglass
acts like the cane they use in singapore .
THen, I gave chase, more spray, another whipping.
tHen I call animal control and explain to animal control
lady that she can assure dog's owner we'll do the go to
court thing once, second time we'll go from right way to
JOhn wayne way, and mutt will be just more dead meat
waiting for the blowflies. HE had his choice.
DOg was truly a menace.
RW> Btw, don't care about a white Christmas all that much either .
RN> It's so rare that we get to see them, they are a pleasant change

I"ll still take the flat land view . Escaping snow and
ice was one of my main reasons for moving south.
Regards,
Richard
