Too bad; I hope they get with it soon, or the echo will probably have to

Sounds unfortunately typical of the quality of local pet stores already
here. I tend to attribute the "good health" of such birds to the
fact that they probably haven't been in the store very long yet. Ah
well, the PetSmart going in over here will have me and my local friends,
the "bird police" to contend with. If they don't meet our standards, we
WILL do our best to make the management miserable on a regular basis. We
have done it with the other stores whenever we've seen a problem;
PetSmart won't be exempt.
