Or he can just install and run GIGO and it will interface to ANY FIDO 
compatable BBS/MAILER/TOSSER (some bbs/mailer/tosser combos with extra work). 
While I agree whole heartedly with converting to a 100% Native 32bit OS2 
BBS/Mailer/Tosser/Utilities what he wants to do can be done quite simply with 
GIGO.
