In the area served by Bell Mobility Cellular, airtime is charged
for all calls made or received on a cellular phone unless made
from another cellular subscriber on the same network, in which
case only the caller apys airtime.
Airtime varies from 19 cents a minute to 99 centws a minute in
canadian funds and basic monthly charge varies from
$12.95 a month to about $149 a month with from zero to a couple
of hundred minutes of airtime a month included.
The Cellular providers have some plans where you do not pay
roaming charges within Canada and others that you do.
They are trying to offer the perfect plan for anyone and in the
process have created a real jungle.
Some plans require a 12 month contract or a 36 month contract
others are a month to month arrangement.
In general, the contract rates are lower than month to month.
