About 40-50Hz (depending on how the drum is tuned) up to around 3-4kHz, I 
would guess.  
It's not possible to simply isolate one instrument into a speaker based on 
its frequency range.  If you're dealing with a live-miking setup, you could 
conceivably run only the kick channel(s) to a separate subwoofer, but why 
would you want to?
