California has the MOST liberal Legislature of almost any State.

paid teachers in the United Staters, the washington DC teachers, have
their Studnet achievement at the BOTTOM of the list of student
acheivement, OR learing if you want ot put it that way.

Adn incidnetly the same goes for the typical liberal Union Goon
Teacher cry for smaller class sizes.
The States with larger Class sizes excell far more then those with
smaller class sizes.
