Try FTP.EXE

It's probably using either full paths or relative paths.  I'm not at home
so I can't check what's going on, but I'm pretty sure full paths are
supported while relative paths (../../foo/bar) are not.  FTP.EXE just
supplies the filename alone, no path and should work in all cases.
